As many of you may know, we have the honor and privilege of hosting the Somalis Stars in our club.
Thank you again to many of you who have made donations that have allowed the Somali Stars to participate in competition soccer this Spring.
We are hopeful to continue to provide these young refugees from Africa with soccer experiences as a way to help them feel at home here in their new country. These kids are really talented and may even be able to find educational opportunities past high school through their soccer skills, given the right opportunities in competition soccer.
We just created a GoFundMe page to raise enough money for them to play over the course of this year.
I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have. We are extremely grateful for any donation you can make to support these good young men. 100% of the donations we receive will be used for their soccer experience.
