In addition to important dates, we highlighted a team who has particularly exemplified the mission of our club.

Time after time our Girls 08 team has gone above and beyond to demonstrate character, integrity and passion not only on, but off the field as well.

In a recent tournament Girls 08 player Jaynie Hopkin delivered a handwritten card to the ref after their game thanking him for his service to the game.  The team also had a service project tying blankets for other kids at a school in need.  They also demonstrate support as a team, not just soccer, by showing up to each other’s extra-curricular actives to show team unity.

This year, we’ve awarded them the “Values in Action” award for representing themselves, their team and CFC with such a high standard of character, integrity and passion.

With the award they will also get $40. credit to spend at the the CFC Gear Store as well as a night in a suite at a Royals Game!
